This is wonderful movie style...Jane Eyre!

Small and plain you are not, Jane Eyre. Sweepingly melancholy and whip smart — not to mention pain-inducingly gorgeous —are more apt descriptions. The Bronte sisters can spin a dizzyingly dark love story, and this most-recent adaptation sets the bar high for visual overload. I saw it twice in the theater, and I never do that.

1. Vintage Oushak Rug, $1495; 2. Beeswax Tapers, $10/set of 2; 3. Vintage Brass and Wood Candelabra, $36; 4. Vintage Armchair, $2495; 5. Iron Chain, $6; 6. Fountain Pen Ink, $25; 7. Vintage Repro Padlock, $18; 8. Antique Bead Brooch, $165; 9. Vintage Bottle, $12; 10. Serpent Chimney Valet, $1150

Dark English manors, damp spring gardens, a Byronic hero, candlelight and mysterious wails from above, Jane Eyre is about as gorgeously Gothic a romance as you could hope for. Jane is the smartest of girls, and even if she does get tangled up with a tormented sort like Rochester, we’ll forgive her lapse in judgment this once.

1. Marbled Paper Notebook, $25; 2. Paintbrush Set, $2; 3. Green Glazed Pitcher, $495; 4. Rounded Vase, $149; 5. Custom-made Leather Portfolio; 6. Antique Tufted Screen, $2195; 7. Beaded Clutch, $248; 8. Artist’s Wooden Box Set, $529; 9. Pearl Studs, $45; 10. Paisley Shawl, $250

Read the book when I was young, love it of course, being a girl. With al the torn and confusion. Bus most because the atmosphere in the film. The setting is in a romantic style, and most detailed.

Also a great design, Cabinet for collectables

Shed by Fry&Fry for Liqui

Shed by Fry&Fry for Liqui
The Shed series by Fry&Fry for Liqui is inspired by the humble garden shed where so many things have been created, from small DIY pieces of furniture to championship-winning race cars. The first piece in the series — a sideboard — is named Cyril after a close family member that could never have enough places to store their many collectables.

The doors are hinged from the side of the Cabinet, which adds an unusual feature to the piece. The lacquer finish on the doors creates a beautiful contrast between them and the dark walnut. The white Hasp and staple adds that element of humor that Liqui is becoming known for. The designers plan to add other pieces to the collection including perhaps a highboy and smaller storage pieces.

New kind of barware design, or is it not! Great...YES

Crafted: Urbancase x Teroforma

Crafted: Urbancase x Teroforma
One of my faves this year from ICFF was Crafted: the Urbancase and Teroforma collaboration. The collaboration includes a selection of beautiful barware and two well-crafted liquor cabinets that complement one another.

Even though they operate on separate coasts, seeing these two companies work together isn’t a surprise because each is so dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship. The cabinets sit atop tapered legs with compartments on the top for housing liquor, glassware, and other entertaining pieces. A drop-front drawer houses bar tools, and a pull-out drawer below stashes peripherals (napkins, stirrers, olive picks, cocktail recipes). Available in walnut with a Corian top or Corian. A decorative diamond motif is carved on the exterior and sides of the white cabinet and on the interior of the walnut.

Teroforma’s complementary glassware also feature the diamond pattern, which is produced in the Czech Republic by Bohemia Machine’s micro-format cutting technique. Made of non-lead crystal, the set features a 12 oz. highball, 7 oz. double old fashioned, and a 4 oz. cocktail.

The yellow room for example and the bright graphic carpet designs. Also the glass walls in wonderful colours and prints. You can make incredible statement in your home or company. Finally I found the perfect hanger. Yesterday I showed one, that was also a great design. Not only to hang your jacket on but also like a sculpture on the wall. Making it more Art.

The both design with New York are favourites to. Being to New York and fallen completely in love with the big City. So everything I see from or referring to NYC I Love! The one at the bottom is with lighting you can adjust in different colours. The above it is made with small tiles and is from flour to ceiling. Real impressive.
