Surging the internet, I found this great post from Refinery29, who has done al the hard work in finding beauty apps that will come handy in many ways. Not only Beauty, but all the related stuff as well. Overflow by the market, but do we mind... I don't. Not only more choice but also they have to have a certain quality to stand out, like the apps presented here. So find out more about nail beauty, the nearest hydrotherapy or massage or how long you can be in the sun with your skin-tone and your location. Wonderful is the hair app and the latest hot things you shoot know of. Won't spoil them all, see for your self and take your pick.

Can an app make you more beautiful? Developers seem to think so: Whether it's beauty tips, advice, product reviews, tutorials, or getting your hands on products and services ASAP, there's a wealth of iPhone, iPad, and Android apps that make beauty on the go easy and fun. But you won't find any category dedicated to beauty in the App Store, so it takes some digging around to find the best downloads.


The good news is that apps have come a long way since the iPhone's debut and there are some gems to be found once you sift through the options. Facial imaging plays a big role in many beauty downloads, so you can snap your photo then virtually apply makeup to see how it will look against your skin's tone and texture. It's not perfect, but it's definitely fun to play with. ODOC: draaibare iPhone-dock ook geschikt voor hoesjes

odoc dock voor iPhoneODOC is alweer een nieuw idee dat via Kickstarter het levenslicht moet gaan zien. Het gaat hierbij om een iPhone-dock, die met een draaiknop onder diverse hoeken te gebruiken is. Bijkomend voordeel is dat de dock ook te gebruiken is als je je iPhone in een beschermhoes vervoert. Er is 70.000 dollar nodig om de ODOC te realiseren. IPhone and IPad News #321 App Event Mobile Down South, Netherlands


"Everything happens around apps in Amsterdam" say a lot of people. But this year MobileDown South wants to show that in the south of the Netherlands is enough to discover and experience. For May 10, 2012 they organized a event for mobile developers, designers and marketeers. This event wil take place Seats2Meet (Strijp-S) in Eindhoven, The Netherlands and there are still tickets for sale. For only 100 euros you get a crowded day with speakers, workshops, barcamp, lunch and networking drinks. The program includes topics such as prototypes of your mobile application development with PhoneGap and Quiklydevelop a two-screen platform for mobile and TV. 


The program offers plenty for developers and designers. The Eindhovenseschool, where training in the field of graphic arts and design are given, will also be attended the event. Not possible to make it to this event, don't worry, there is a social media backchannel, so you do during the day are aware of what's happening. Through a Meetup Group you can indicate that you are present so you can immediately see who is coming. Not only IOS is discussed, but there's also plenty of attention when you want to explore the possibilities of android. Mobile Down South is an initiative of a number of app developers and companies in the region and organising this on a non-profit basis. Learn more? On mobiledownsouth.com all the information.
